Table Massage

Therapeutic massage, using various massage modalities such as Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, and Thai  to promote a stress and pain relief response. Massage is usually applied directly over skin using oil/creams/lotions or can also be applied over clothing to address the body.

Chair Massage

Therapeutic massage which is applied while clothed on a specifically designed portable chair or desk portal cushion to address primarily the head, neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands for a very relaxing experience.  On-site chair massage is a great treatment in the workplace, at health fairs and sporting events.

Reflexology

Therapeutic foot massage with specific application of techniques to pressure and reflex points, which stimulate glands and other area/organ systems of the body to aid in bringing about homeostasis/balance to the body. Sessions can also include a foot soak.
