Therapeutic massage sessions are offered for all ages in a quiet, relaxing, comfortable, nature surrounded environment. The benefits include stress reduction, increased flexibilty, pain relief, injury rehabilitation, body awareness, and overall health and well-being maintenance.

Therapeutic massage is tailored to meet the needs of individuals using various techniques and modalities, as well as addressing the special needs of specific populations such as prenatal,  those with cancer and the elderly.

Chair Massage

Table Massage

Therapeutic massage, using various massage modalities such as Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, and Thai  to promote a stress and pain relief response. Massage is usually applied directly over skin using oil/creams/lotions or can also be applied over clothing to address the body.

Aromatherapy Massage

A slow, gentle, rhythmic massage with essential plant oils added to the carrier massage oil to further enhance the healing benefits of therapeutic massage through the medicinal and aromatic properties of the essential oils.

Pillosage Massage

Therapeutic massage administered using heated flax pillows to compress and stretch the deeper layers of connective tissue, without the pain, for a longer lasting effect.

Modesty Massage

Therapeutic massage on the table while clothed using no oils, lotions or creams.  Stretching and compression techniques are administered for quick tension relief all over.

Prenatal Massage

Therapeutic massage during pregnancy can address many common complaints experienced during a normal pregnancy, and help support and prepare for the birthing process. Always check with your attending physicians prior to receiving massage.

Oncology Massage

Therapeutic massage adapted to nurture and support those who have or are recovering from cancer to reduce anxiety, promote relaxation, better sleep, less discomfort and general well-being.

Geriatric Massage

Therapeutic massage which utilizes the basic techniques with a gentler touch to address the unique needs of the senior client.  The comfort of nurturing touch massage promotes a healthy mind/body experience often improving a positive outlook for the elderly population.

Sports Massage

Reflexology
